Return / Refund Policy

  

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund.

RETURNS

All returns must be sent within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

  

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at shop@carparty.it to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Cause all returns has to be authorized by us, please do not send products before obtain a RMA from us. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase / the return form provided, and mail your return to the address provided in our RMA form.

  

Please note, you will be responsible for ALL shipping charges related the item. The shipping cost payed by us will be detracted during your refund.

For the return, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

  

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

  

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned, according to Art. 59 of the Consumer Code:

  • Customized products (branded products or specifically modified at the customer's request)

  • Products ordered at the customer's specific request (items "Available on reservation", "Backorder", "Special Order")

  • Discounted items, Special Sale, Final Sale, Black Friday and Cyber ​​Monday sales

  • Items shipped in dropshipping, therefore shipped directly from the supplier's warehouse outside Italy (e.g. all Backorder orders)

  • Goods which, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other goods

  • Goods which risk deterioration or expiration rapidly

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery

For some goods, such as car coilovers, car exhausts, seats, roll cages and other very bulky products, there is a restocking deduction equal to 10% of the amount initially paid for the product.

The customer must specify the defect in question in as much detail as possible and attach photographic material. Within 5 working days, an RMA code will be provided to proceed with the return of the defective goods, after which the customer will have a maximum of 30 days to send the product back to us.

It is the customer's responsibility to send back the goods with adequate packaging and complete with all its parts. The shipping costs for the return of the defective product are the responsibility of the customer and will be refunded only once the return has been examined and the actual malfunction has been ascertained. The maximum amount of the refund for shipping costs cannot exceed the amount of the costs incurred for the shipment of the original purchase.

If, once the product has been received at our warehouse and its conformity checked, the defect is not found, the customer will not be entitled to a refund for the product or the shipping costs incurred for the return. The customer has the right to receive the product again in the same conditions in which it was returned to our warehouse upon payment of a new shipment.
