BC Racing - V1 Series

The BC Racing V1 Series features a 44 mm piston housed in a 50 mm damper body, specifically engineered to maximize oil capacity and ensure more stable damping performance. As the damper works, oil temperature rises, and viscosity changes can negatively affect how the suspension behaves.

To counter this, BC Racing uses high-grade performance oil and equips the V1 Series with an oversized 50 mm damper body to increase total fluid volume. More oil means lower peak temperatures, more consistent viscosity, and significantly improved damping stability during demanding or prolonged use.

The result is a dependable, consistent and performance-oriented coilover—superior to typical entry-level suspension systems.

V1 Series overview

The V1 Series coilovers are the entry-level kit. They are primarily used for track and high-speed road use.

The V1 Series includes 30-level damping adjustment, height adjustment independent of spring preload, a monotube design, and the option to choose different top mounts depending on the configuration. Pillowball top mounts, adjustable camber plates (depending on the model), and options with different spring rates are also available. All replacement parts are readily available.

Available Configurations

• V1-VS – Front and rear aluminum top mounts with rubber insert, or no rear top mount.
• V1-VA – Front pillowball top mounts with adjustable camber (where applicable) + rear aluminum top mounts with rubber or no top mount.
• V1-VN – No front top mount + rear aluminum top mounts with rubber or no top mount.
• V1-VH – Front pillowball top mounts with adjustable camber + rear pillowball, or no top mount.
